The same five-stage discipline runs across customer-end inspection and warehouse operations.
Workstations set up with the right tools and fixtures; the team is briefed on defect criteria and specification before a single part is touched.
Visual, attribute, dimensional and functional checks classify every part as OK, NG (Not Good) or Pending.
Feasible defects are reworked on the spot; the rest are disposed of per policy. Findings are logged and shared with the customer.
Parts are re-inspected against the original criteria and signed off by quality control before release.
Findings flow back to supplier and production teams, closing the loop with preventive action.
